Our team
My Fertility Lifestyle was built on a simple belief: that the best fertility care combines clinical excellence with genuine attention to how you live. Our doctors include FRANZCOG-qualified specialists and highly specialised RACGP fertility experts who take the time to understand your full story.
Our philosophy
We look beyond test results to understand your lifestyle, stress, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing — because fertility is never just one thing.
Every recommendation we make is grounded in peer-reviewed research. We stay at the forefront of reproductive medicine so you benefit from the latest thinking.
We believe that targeted lifestyle changes — diet, movement, sleep, stress — can meaningfully shift fertility outcomes, often before or alongside medical treatment.
We support all paths to parenthood — solo parents, same-sex couples, and those simply wanting to understand their reproductive health better.
